Looking like a hot start and much cooler for the main days of the festival... I only it could not be any better. 

By Thursday it will be a welcome site seeing a few clouds

latest gfs run shows a load of rain, fuck it last one yesterday i saw showed no rain, you know what? these people? gavs weather vids? netweather? the norweigens? they dont have a fucking clue and im fed up of pandering to them, if they had a clue it wouldnt be changing on a daily fucking basis.

Dont want to tempt fate too much but looks like it could be ideal weather. Very bright but not unbearably hot and with minimal rain

Wednesday and Thursday are the two most important days. Dictate condition underfoot and also the days when bands aren't on. If it starts raining Fri/Sat/Sun not so bothered really.

I just watched Countryfile. Forecast looked absolutely fine to me. No rain over Somerset at all....?

That wasn't too bad. Professional forecaster said it's going to be mostly O.K. So I'm going with that for now.

Bloody hot weds and thurs - upper/mid twenties. minor chance of a downpour, but probably not. 

Fri sat and sun cooler, but more manageable - high teens, low twenties.

This is very confusing because the BBC weather app says cloudy and 22°C on Thursday.

Countryfile didn't give any specifics whatsoever for the south-west on Saturday and Sunday. And it never does.

Lost Horizons is up by the teepee  field, next door to the Stone Circle. I only go there on Thursday. I pay £10 but I think a weekend pass is around the £20 mark as you said. Magic Hat I've never tried but I think it's in Green Fields on the path leading down towards Avalon. I think...!

Somehow they're the most accurate in most cases. So in answer to your last question, I think they know something others don't
