By all accounts it's a largely similar set to any they've done since except they'd say "Coventry" instead of wherever they play nowadays. So will we get a Glastonbury performance or no? No idea. I gave up on them in 1993.

simian_mobile_mushrooms
I'd echo that. I've seen them five times now, thru planning or waiting and they've been the exact same each time.
Damy
Never managed to see them live, would be quite happy if they're Other headliner on Sunday
Hugh Jass
They're a good band to catch every five years or so. It is pretty much the same thing each time but they do it well. Would happily see them opposite Earnest Ed.
Franky
Pleasssssssse play, been a fan since the 90's and never managed to catch them
Sasperella
Yes, but the reason they do the same thing each time is because that thing is awesome :-D I'd totally go for it again, even if it was a blueprint copy! Fingers crossed for sure! Edited March 18, 2017 by Sasperella
Stokesy10
I would be absolutely ecstatic with these opposite Ed. Watch that then wonder off into the night without having to worry about a Pyramid-crowd escape.
broken monkey
Not sure if it's been mentioned before but the date on the Solidays Festival has been confirmed for the Friday now.http://www.solidays.org/programme/vendredi/tous/ And Rock in Evreux is the Saturday.http://www.rockinevreux.org/programmation-2017/ This keeps the dream alive that they could still be our Sunday Other Stage headliner. Fingers crossed we find out later today when the poster drops!
jonodillieono
Nah they wouldn't have them clash with Ed. The music is too similar
The60ftOctopus
I would say that makes them a lot more likely. Which isn't great for the Green Day dream

OffshoreToon
I love their first four albums, but I saw them at Dour last summer and they weren't very good. I'm not a fan of their new stuff, and I can understand why they'd want to play it over the old stuff, but to play the intro to Out Of Space and then walk off without returning really rubbed salt into the wound. Ah...prob because if was Friday Sunday at the other fests they wouldn't come over then back in a day? Yup. And France is just across the pond. Bands have done this with Reading/Leeds/Rock en Seine all over the same weekend in the past.

Acid_Haze
Justice Friday, Kendrick Lamar Saturday, The Prodigy Sunday. Make this happen! I won't be doing with a phoney Alt-J, they only played 2 years ago. Give someone else a chance. The lineup's not even out yet and I'm already angry at the possibility of Alt-J headlining Other and Kendrick not.
