CaledonianGonzo
Hasn't she had more million selling singles than anyone this century - or some equally daft statistic. She just walks around stage doing nothing. At least Dave Grohl runs around it.
CaledonianGonzo
Someone mentioned that there might be some twerking if Rihanna plays - and that provides more of a full body / core stability workout than the straight cardio that my man Grozzle offers. eFestivals
is that dave grohl or Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen?

Good point. But Grohl offers the potential for high-octane bone-cracking stunts too. Tough call.

No, people just don't want to accept three very dull headliners.

Yep. 2016 went far too smoothly after the endless drama of 2015, it's high time someone fell off stage again.

People round here pay no attention to logic or info when wild rumour and speculation can abound. You should know that by now. That's interesting, didn't realise McCartney was touring Europe in June. That definitely puts him in the frame for the Sunday.

If everything he told me is kosher then it's absolutely certain that Ed is playing, while he's also heard via other directions that Foos are too (so is less certain cos it's more gossipy). There's reasons why I've not marked them as TBC's in the line-ups, tho I hugely doubt there's anything wrong with what I was told.
sisco
Well my Depeche Mode contact (Neil knows who it is), said to me today that Glastonbury were trying to get them to play for the 1 day that they were available. He did also say, they try and get them to play every year. Imagine with the near certain 3 headlining this year that Eavis failed to get them. FloorFiller
hard to imagine which out of Radiohead, Sheeran and Foos they would've chosen Depeche Mode over initially, as (in my opinion, of course) they all make far more sense as headliners for next year. wonder what stopped them saying yes other than just not being arsed
