I would say that's just a safety precaution with change of address and making sure they are sending them to the right place

Did you make a request for the delivery address to be changed - if you did then this is a holding message (we had it last year after a late address change) if you didn't then it might be time to get on the phone!

I made the change on the 16th yes.

 

But that went through fine. only today has this come up. I checked yesterday and it didnt say this

Probably a list A vs list B check when preparing to send out and if they do not match they flag it up - probably no problem but I would be on the phone anyway.

I had the same issue last year, for no reason as I hadn't changed address details; one quick call sorted it when I confirmed with them what the address was, I'm sure it wil be fine

Yay! See have just confirmed to me (Twitter) that the despatch emails will resume on Tuesday, which is the next working day after this bank hol. Just in case anyone's waiting for theirs after being informed their tickets have been prepared for despatch. I queried as mine were readied yesterday, but I'd not received the email.
