Lol, my thoughts exactly. Quite the coup.

It is the sorta fest I'd expect them to play over any other tbh, but maybe as Saturday headliner rather than Sunday special guest.

No idea where they'd fit in at Glastonbury but it certainly seems possible right now.

If it happens, I'm there. Absolutely must see. Were they any good live though?

From what people have said on here in the past they were brilliant even as a DJ set, they've done a couple of sessions for Radio 1 which are great and are up on YouTube if you fancy a listen.

This would be insane, there's a lot of bands I like a lot on the line up currently but I've been waiting for this kind of WOW (as in wow reaction, not the stage) band to come along. I promise I'll be on my best behaviour eavises, please don't make me go to field day...

Nothing against field day, I'm poor and from the north I can only visit the south so often...

Agreed! Glastonbury don't really do 'WOW' acts. When did they last get one? Radiohead '11?

This is incredible. Primavera already had one of the best line ups assembled in recent memory and this is the thick luxurious icing on the cake. Can't wait until the start of June now!

As as people have said, not sure where they'd play Glasto. Very difficult to gauge what demand for them would be for example.

    • Ghost did it on their last tour  and there was a whole article of people complaining about it at the Manchester gig cause somehow they werent informed and didnt know why there was a massive queue to enter the venue. At MSG everyone was given a souvenir ticket which had their seat info written on it so you knew where go to. Itll be fine.
    • If anyone happens to have a Sunday ticket (or two) to sell then I would be interested in buying for face value. Thanks!
    • NIN and Bjork for sure 😉
    • When are  the stage splits ??
    • 13th Primavera (Thursday was definitely making me feel like this was the cursed year).  Blood Orange was such a party by the end of their set but we all knew that rain storm was approaching.  So gutted Massive Attack didn't play after the false hope of a new rescheduling, especially knowing that Elizabeth Fraser & Horace Andy were backstage with them!  Managed a bit of Melt Banana but was just so over the weather by that point.   Friday was awesome, Rilo Kiley were so much fun.  Never been the biggest Cure fan but made the effort for them after Thursday & Robert Smith sounds like he did back in the 80s.  PinkPantheress & Viagra Boys were also great.   The highlight for me was Sudan Archives on the Saturday, she was stunning & with the Olivia Rodrigo surprise set too it made up for the Thursday sh*t show.  Dijon & Knocked Loose also superb.   Shoutout to Cardiacs on the Tuesday too, they were so LOUD, played a storming set.
