Coldplay, muse and Adele....what a load of absolute shit.....couldn't have picked 3 less inspiring or interesting headliners if they tried.....thankgod this is glasto with a lot going on elsewhere or there would be a lot of refunds going out this year I reckon. Someone needs a word with Emily though, how about catering for actual music fans and festi goers rather then the BBC audience with the headliners? It reads like bloody v fest, fucking awful choices.

Emily Eavis doesn't deserve to be criticised by regulars for pyramid headliner choices, we are lucky enough to be attending the party of the year and those 3 acts are pretty irrelevant compared to the 5 day musical extravaganza we know is awaiting us, really ungrateful and a bit sad.

Could you remind me who headlined in 2002? The pyramid stage is the mainstream stage, this year's headliners fit into that. I don't like any of them but I'm not deluded enough to think the festival have somehow let me down because I don't like wthe mainstream acts they booked on the mainstream stage.

Coldplay, Stereophonics, Rod Stewart

I'm leaning towards going to see Adele over New Order at the moment.  I've heard a couple of her tunes and I think she is a real talent, so worth a couple of hours of my time to check her out.

I was hoping for something uptempo and barnstorming like Radiohead, but you can't have it all right? ;)

They pretty much clashed Beyonce and Robyn, to much outrage with us. If Robyn is clashed with Adele there's Gonna be tears.

Still a no brainer.....Beyonce is a totally different act though. R&B, a lot of hip hop fans would have gone etc. Hopefully she headlines JP on Friday or Sunday, Catfish will be the opposite one. I fancy Underworld to be Saturday maybe.

Apart from @The Nal who else is happy Adele is playing. Like, punching the air chuffed, like what he's doing in his nest.

Happy enough. She's the most intriguing and best booking of the three by a country mile.

She's down the list from folk that I'd rather have like Dacker and Prince, but if I was making strategic replacements to improve the headline roster she's the last one I'd swap out.

Don't disagree with you. Guess where I'm going with it is none of the three get the heart racing.

Think we should have shania twain headlining Friday so we could all sing that don't impress much and just add saturday and Sunday headliners to the lyrics
