I think that was similar to what happened to me. I was playing, so camping backstage. Basically I was told exactly where to put my tent, and the guy who put me there moved the ropes of the tent next door to squeeze me in. Still, no reason to act like a plonker. I guess he has / had issues.

These are worth a 'plug' for those that have noisy neighbours. My old flat was below a place that was regularly let to students and they used to drive me mental. Buying these made my life so much happier!! They're 1000 x better than the foam alternatives, genuine noise reduction from them.

2008. Group of lads near us propped their pissed up mate in a camping chair outside his tent, with a can of lager. Lager boy then proceeded to shout "Rock n ROOOLLLLLL!!!!" every 15 mins or so throughout the night. People were shouting "shut the fuck up" at him, but made no difference. He was still at it at 10:30am the following morning. Annoying but how we laughed.......

In 2013 our neighbours decided to place one of those long thin banners (the advertisement type ones you see in Supermarkets) along and around their tents. Right on the sides of our tents. Found that a bit ignorant but we just left them to it.
