Just looked at the line up for last year, a lot of the later billed stuff is TBA or Special Guests. Anyone know what sort of acts actually played?

Great news about The Other Stage changing .. Although I suspect it will have little effect as it's the location of it that makes it soulless.

But at least they're trying to improve it (although they've picked a terrible line up there this year by the looks of it!)

No - it's where the Spirit of 71 was in 2013.

The one time I went in there last year it was badly understaffed with quite a few frustrated looking punters waiting, so we wandered off again, it seemed like a cool place, just didn't want to wait for what looked like ages to get a drink.

The Spike was just beside the train track... on the left as you walked towards Shangri-La, and right where you would turn down off the path to go to the Glade Lounge and Glade itself (I think)!

I'll be fairly impressed if that's right because I was spannered when I was there

Glade was back in its usual place in the trees after not being there in 2013

Spaceport and The Spike were across the path to the right on the below map, just outside the sharp corner of the Green Kids area.

Don't think anybody will want to actually see the acts on there this year!!

Apart from Van 'The Man' McCann's ego which can be seen all the way from Manchester.

Rarely? You can always see the acts? :S

I quite like the current Other Stage they use rather than rectangular ones that are at other festivals but it does need a little bit of love to make it a tad more intresting I guess.

Good news on the Spike, I drifted over to it a few times. Really nice area and vibe going on. (I was thinking it was just before the Glade if you was heading along the Railway track, so behind it if you was facing the glade from the cross roads if that makes any sense )
