Ah ffs 🤦‍♀️ we have a couple of spaces for lunch in the crown if anyone fancies joining us

If they're slurry spreading then you might have to whole pub to yourselves 😂.

Just like Glastonbury this with everyone checking the weather apps before a trip to the farm

Looks a bit Misty at the moment, hopefully clearing later this morning.  Enjoy the day and the pub lunch. If you havnt  been in the crown recently have a look upstairs if you can, it’s lovely. And the food (and beer) is tremendous.

Lovely walk on the farm today … a little drizzly down there with a few lovely wafts of country air … bumped into Joe rush who a few of us spoke to briefly outside his workshop but was unsurprisingly giving nothing away .. said he liked my hat and had a handshake . Followed by a circuit of the farm past green peace field along past spike then back around through other field and back though the woods to Mary’s gate . Lunch in the crown was lovely and it’s beautifully done up would throughly recommend it

Sounds great, thought you’d like the Crown. Did you go into the site through Mary’s gate?

Visited the site three times since the last festival, the Pilton party is included. Planning another visit to the area  when the local campsites open in early May but by then the site will be out of bounds as the build will be in progress.                  Love the drone footage!

a couple came from cardiff someone considering a trip from Liverpool seriously but couldn't make it in  the end .

🙋🏻‍♂️

Was a great day, a little drizzle but nothing really. Smell in the Pyramid (though seemed worse at the top rather than closer to the stage) was, as expected, pretty shit 😅

Not sure if I’ll get to visit again now before the site gets closed down for the build so was great to get there.

Yes, we’re the same, now have a campsite booked for a few days holiday  in may but by then it will just be a walk round the lanes outside the fence as it’s built!  Last time we were there it was sheep piss we smelt😊

    • I mean she's never going to admit it, but of course she would do a deal...same as Labour would with lib-dems/greens if meant getting into government.
    • They probably do make more from the festival. But take a look at an aerial photo from any year - there's always a few fields that would be viable for festival related use yet are left empty. I guess they just don't want to deal with the associated hassle.
    • Landowners make too much money for that to happen . They make more from the festival than from farming the rest of the year don’t they ?
