They're definitely gearing up for something tonight. I see no reason why they would start doing it in the afternoon, stop over night, and resume tomorrow. Especially now it looks so obviously like the Radiohead logo.

Ah fair enough. I still think they would time it better though. Leaving it overnight when it's clearly the logo is a bit odd.

Yeah, there's no chance they just forgot to turn off the webcams. It's been planned.
