The Temple.

It'll be techno, but glorious, intelligent techno. Not the 145bpm, echoey, reverbed kick drum, coked-up nonsense. KI/KI will likely play a set with trance elements, and Ben Sims is a master. And, The Temple on the Sunday night is one of the best possible ways to rave-finish a festival.

Ben

Ben. I like you very much. You know that. We've met. We've hugged. But can you please stop pointing people in the direction of the Temple on Sunday night? I actually want to get in!

And that goes for the rest of you. No more Sunday Temple talk until Monday 30 June. Ok?!

im gonna ask again, anyone knwo when the hardcore at babylon uprising actually is?

There's a nice little run on Saturday evening from 8pm onwards.

Uncle Dugs b2b with Altern8, followed by Toby Ross, then Samurai Breaks.

I find with Babylon Uprising, the best thing to do is to drop in randomly. You stumble across some really cool acts. And the vibes are high in there when it's packed and going off.

Hi all! Absolutely loving the chat!

This will be my first time at Glasto, and I'm pretty keen to see Seinfeld on Saturday night, would I be any chance getting in after Caribou, or will I need to bail early to get in?

If you are in the park anyway probably a fairly good chance of beating the crowds, just depends how busy it is prior to that. could always head towards the back of the caribou crowd towards the end of the set to keep an eye on the stonebridge.

All the other main stages kick out at 2345h except West Holts, so you should be fine. You might want to leave Caribou a bit before the end, as Seinfeld is only on for an hour, but I reckon you'll be ok. Stonebridge will get busy as Con Man DJing will, inexplicably, be very popular 😆. So get in there before the masses climb the hill. People are often lazy and mill around a bit after the headliners before making their way to where they're starting the night.

Would think it would just be usual levels of NYCDL queuing, but never turned up there that late, so 🤷🏼‍♂️

this is my biggest dilemma - really want to see all of scissor sisters but also really want to dance the night away in NYC - I think with the queue situation im going to have to make an either/or decision 😕

it’s crazy that my most favourite nightclub in the world is on when EVERYTHING else equally as mind blowing is on at the same time lolll

Painfully accurate. Tried to endure them b2b 2manydjs at WHP but it was a woeful affair. I was *not with it* and still couldn't tolerate it.

Age old question and if people thinks it deserves its won't thread (lol) I can do that but....what is the actual average wait time for NYCDL at night on Fri/Sat/Sun? There are some sets that I want to make but I feel like it means committing the whole night to it because of queue. Why isn't there a graph like those time to walk between ones I've seen on here?(!) haha

Last year it was significantly better because they stopped doing re-entry.  I went to see a few acts and never waited longer than a half hour / 45 mins after the main stages were finished.

When you said Sunday, I assumed you meant Sunday night, not Saturday 😂

depends if you want to spend time queuing.  There’s 5 hours between SS and DD. You’d be fine, but you’re gonna be doing a good queue - maybe one at SEC entrance, and another good 30/40 mins at NYCDL

They don’t have a graph because they don’t want to attract more tourists.

Oh sweet yeah you're right! I was just worried it would be like 3hour queue or something mad. Thanks for your reply! not long now 🙂

Ok, so I know that the team on here aren’t exactly overjoyed at Sub Focus being on IICON on Sunday night, but my GF is buzzing for it so you’ll just have to deal with it.

That being said, Katy B is doing a couple of sets on the Friday that the GF is also up for, and she was wondering what the chances of Katy B dropping into the Sub Focus set on Sunday was to do a live version of their Push the Tempo track?

She has no other dates that I can see on her socials and they have done it before (creamfields last year), so it feels optimistic but in the realms of possibilty? Any thoughts?

Also any other ideas for live PAs in sets across the weekend?

I'm intrigued by Sub Focus' set on IICON. I was hoping he might be doing something a little more esoteric but he's probably just been placed there to spread the crowds on the final night. It'll be busy.

The Katy B thing could be a possibility, I guess. He's got 2 1/2 hours and Katy is already on site, so you have everything you need. Only one way to find out!

    • Good luck! Have you also registered your interest on Twickets? https://partners.twickets.live/endoftheroad/ 🙂
    • Likelihood is it'll be on Sunrise and Alcove but theres potential for some more in the tent as there have been 8 acts on some days in recent years. Obelisk is likely full now unless they have a few shorter sets thrown in   Im surprised they haven't had some secret sets thrown into the mix this time round unless they do and we find some gaps in the schedule is released
