RIGHT so...

literally so much is pointing to tomorrow now.

Radio 2 interview, James Bay saying that UK news is coming, Shangri-La saying to a fellow user 'we will let you know more tomorrow...'

UGH THIS BETTER COME TOMORROW :( PLEASE

The James Bay stuff seems to be about a September tour

and the Shangri La tweet seems to imply heavily that it will be about the theme

I interviewed a band that did pretty well in the charts last week, would get a decent Other/JP slot and I asked them about a certain Somerset festival return

Probably standard presser but they said it's in the hands of their agent and still waiting on confirmation.

you're headling the Pyramid stage on the Sunday

Sub at best. We'll find out when they drop the lineup but with him headling the second stage at TITP, R1BW, V and P, I can't see him topping the bill.

Unless Russy pulls out, then he might get bumped.

Ok. He's headlining. Unless Woffy gives Emily a call.

I can't see him any higher than 3rd on WH tbh.

Opening Avalon and that's my final word.

Insert obligatory 'you can't be any worse than meg' joke here.

Now irrelevent Scruff.

Meg suffers from acute anxiety whereas young Matt exhibits no signs of lack of confidence in his proclamations...until just now above.

I may have to take the lad aside and have a fatherly word. The Woffy version of the 'Bono Talk'.

I saw a facebook post the other day about rihanna "dropping" her new single... it was my sister... so embarassed.

Anyway, this is kinda on topic, rihanna could sort of not really headline, or maybe guest with mr yeezy

I was going to do that joke, but I remembered I got my vault package with Under the Amazonian Lights at the weekend and she was just brilliant at that show if a little timid about it all.

The Shangri-La stuff is surely theme based? The countdown stuff relating to the dissolving of parliament I'd have thought

EDIT: In fact, it is theme based. They've confirmed as much.

I'm hoping that they'll be revealing the theme at the same time as the line-up so maybe it suggests the line-ups coming soon, although I'm kinda straw clutching here it doesn't seem impossible or improbable - just unlikely.

Line-up on thursday probably, or madge will announce on tuesday (if she's headlining) and we may have to wait a bit longer...

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
