forgot about Eyes To The Wind. that was also brilliant. was surprised by how many songs they seemed to squeeze in to such a short set, especially as their songs are all pretty long

Yeh same actually, I think they cut the big distortion thing at the end of under the pressure and maybe some more stuff though.

I thought the crowd was pretty dull though, the biggest cheers were heard when the sun came out from the clouds, still very enjoyable.

yeah the crowd was shite. i thought they came across really well on the Pyramid but a lot of the crowd was clearly their for curiosities sake rather than being fans. think i was the only one in my vicinity who was singing along or excited when they began playing a song

Ach - in fairness it's pretty mellow. I think they were appreciative without going crazy - I know I wasn't doing much myself other than just standing enjoying it.

Really enjoyed it and got a sense of how loud the stage was going to be for the weekend!

Glad they were good and that a few people turned out to see them. I'm looking forward to seeing them in November on their tour.

I missed most of it due to the massive crush at Blondie, heard the last 15 minutes and they sounded terrific.. Gutted!

I enjoyed it but agree a smaller stage would have been better. Wasn't massively helped by my mate saying 'this is shite' all the way through.

I thought they killed it. Really good set and good start to the weekend. Shame about the short set and probably would have been better on a smaller stage but brilliant all the same!

Not come accross them before but my mate said I would like em.

I was there for the whole of the set and have to say I thought they were excellent.

Def gonna buy some of their stuff when i get chance.

I'd been quite worried about whether they'd pull it off at that time on the Pyramid but they did it with aplomb. Thoroughly enjoyed by all our group.

Though I still think John Peel at a later time of the day would be something extra special.

I liked their big FM stereo sound bellowing across the Pyramid Field.

Thought I'd give them a go and was very impressed.

Sounded great and perfect for the Pyramid I thought.

One of, if not the smallest crowds which was a shame as they deserved a bigger audience.

Hope they are booked for 2015.

i thought they were fantastic (and was quite relieved that they were)....a great start after a bit of Kaiser Chiefs. managed to get on the barrier for it, and despite the fact that it seems like they didn't have a massive overall crowd, the front pit crowd seemed to be quite densely packed which shows they had quite a loyal contingent there, or a very curious contingent at least. loved the soundcheck too.

they were also quite respectful of what they were playing...Pyramid Stage at Glasto..as evidenced by all the photos they were taking of us, the campsites, etc...upon finishing. I found a lot of that in general over the weekend, US acts going out of their way to acknowledge that this was something special (Midlake, etc...my, weren't Midlake great by the way!)

This was my second favourite set of the festival. Loved it, they have such a great guitar sound. The drumming aspect of their work is really simple, and it lets the guitars really stand out.

There's a bit of the Dire Straits about them.

Got tickets to the Roundhouse in Nov to see them again.

I'm seeing them headline a festival in Australia called Meredith in December, on my second favourite festival stage after the woodland one at End of the Road. If any of you get the chance to be in Oz mid December, make a point of going to this fest. It's one of the only good ones in Oz.
