No big acts announced, but still a few nice additions like Dry the River, MS MR and The 1975.

Also, where has The Weeknd gone? I'll be very disappointed if he isn't playing anymore...

The Friday and Sunday are amazing for me, so many good acts that there's bound to be clashes.

Saturday afternoon I think I'll be checking out a lot of the other attractions which works well for me, and bring in Saturday night with Rodriguez, Everything Everything and Rolling Stones. Nice!

I'm definitely hitting Beasts Of The Southern Wild on the Thursday, that'll be special

Only must sees for me are Vampire Weekend, Frightened Rabbit and Drenge

Loads I would like to see but can see them touring in the year/already seen them/not THAT bothered about them so hopefully with that mindset I can just wonder around and take it all in

Is everyone forgetting that we book our tickets before any line up annoucements?

There is so much more than watching bands on stages. I come to Glastonbury to relax and wander about finding new experiences which happen each year, from finding the tiniest of tents with amazing acts or finding myself stone carving. Making pakoras in permaculture or catching the occasional larger band on a main stage.

Posters who say they're dissapointed with the line up have either never been, or are going for the wrong reasons.

Yeah I'm not entirely sure what people were really expecting from this to be honest - absolutely tons of acts have been added - most of the main acts we already knew and there was nothing apart from perhaps a light main stage billing that suggested we were due anything extra?

I have gone through the stages now and picked out a load of acts I want to see and with many of those having 2nd slots (clashes permitting) I should get to see a few of them, not to mention an absolute brilliant DJ line up.

I think people just got it into their heads that they were going to get loads of new acts when in reality it wasn't ever likely to happen - still a stonking line-up!

Ha! Every year everyone says they are disappointed. They say exactly the same things.

That is the problem with these forums, we hear about bands in trickles so that when the lineup comes out we think "well I knew about all these bands, where are the new ones!?"

It's the same quality as every year. Remember there is ten times as much on as any other festival.

Its the worst in many years mate.

That theres merely cosmetic differences between this and what we saw two months ago speaks volumes.

Either there was an absence of energy or finances placed into the festival booking side overall this year - or too much energy and finances were placed on a single booking.

Sadly, it seems like that both cases may be true.
