well Flea is still doing Chili Pepper shit so that's obviously a non-issue. i'll be happy if they're on the lineup, but i still expect Rolling Stones to be there and Gaga to be on the Sunday. but if the Stones do pull out... well i just can't think of another 'go-to' act that's more obvious than them

I doubt Radiohead have agreed to be a 'back up' headliner in any sense that there's an agreement there. That would be hugely disrespectful and difficult for the band in terms of having a stage setup, transport, staff etc. ready to go just in case it's needed and then being told 'actually we don't want you now, thanks anyway'. They may be on GFL's list of people to go to and ask if/when the Stones say no but I'd have thought they'd have a few of them (Mumfords? Pulp? Springsteen? Jay-Z? Dizzee? Prodigy?)

All speculation obv.

I'd say that Glasto have already worked a fair way down any list of wants in trying to get themselves a 3rd headliner. From what I've heard there's been convos had in many directions.

I was pondering earlier....wouldn't it be great if the headliners were Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian and Mumfords. 3 youngish bands, 2 of which never headlined before, a real turnaround on appealing to the middle aged and instead attracting the young the year after as Eavis keeps on about.

His words were "I'll definitely be there in some form, how else am I going to get my free ticket"

I.e., not a punter

There's only really three possibilities as far as I can see it

1) Atoms for Peace - denied it

2) Radiohead

3) Solo/ with another band

So either he's there solo doing eraser stuff or something (2010 secret set ilk) or Radiohead. That or he's lying
