The lineup for 2026 should be out...next month. Bring it on!

Are there any indications that it might be out so soon? I know that last year it worked perfectly for them but does anyone have any insider info? I remember that last summer someone here leaked that they were going for a very early lineup release.

yeah, especially if Radiohead are in, I don't believe it will be before their winter tour.

I Will happily wait for December if it means they're in 🙂

She joined some disposable pop star (Gracie Abrams) at a US festival for a duet last week.

Not sure if that means much. She did dancing on my own with David Byrne on SNL earlier this year.

I really love Robyn, she is incredible live. But I wouldn't read too much into it.

She cancelled her Way Out West performance three years ago because her album was not ready yet, and it still isn't out.

Plus, she did collabs with Charli XCX and Jamie xx last year, performed live with both, which might have been a great lead-up to a new album... and still nothing. So I'm not that optimistic anymore.

Same here☺️ But as soon as Radiohead have sold out their winter tour (which likely will happen soon) they can probably go ahead and announce them if they are already booked.

Next summer we will have 15-16 serious, big programs in the Arena.
The goal is for the concert season to last from May 1 to September 1 – says Mihovilović.
His announcements do not stop at numbers alone.
The wish list for the summer of 2026 includes Iron Maiden, Nick Cave, David Byrne, Sting, OneRepublic and Carl Cox.
The word “expected” is still hanging in the air – no one has been confirmed – but unlike previous years,
the Arena will now announce the competitions 14-15 months in advance, which is the standard for global promoters.

I imagine it’s who is available and touring as it is too random a list for it not to be.

I googled the original article and these names are just on the wishlist....

This is the original article, not from muzikahr. And of course, they are not allowed to say it’s confirmed 🙂

Her new stuff doesn't sound all that Primavera though. Might squeeze through based on earlier work but still. Fish out of water at Rewire this year, if you ask me.

Agreed. Rewire new songs were not great, and even the show, only at the last part of it, reminded the good old Anna.

    • It was awful during Father John Misty and I was close to the front. People just shouting and laughing their f-ing heads off about nothing in particular and being louder than the bloody stage.
    • Other things I noted yesterday, away from the obvious…   Positives: - an extra water point towards the back left of the main stages has appeared, which I believe is new for this year (and was much needed) - handing out free ponchos was a good touch  - caroline were fantastic. I’d never been in the Auditori Rockdelux before, it’s a wonderful venue and a great venue if you fancy a more chilled out environment  Negatives: - the talkers. I know it’s always bad here (and most festivals nowadays) but f**k me people wouldn’t shut up yesterday. I wonder if it was partly as a result of people being at artists they had little interest in (due to rain limiting their options), although it wasn’t great during blood orange. We’ll be making an effort to get a spot nearer the front for anyone we particularly care about over the weekend  - not enough staff around (and the ones that are there are largely useless). Most other festivals have them everywhere and are happy to help
