Wolf Alice / Future Islands / Parcels

Gutted for this one as well.  Wolf Alice will win but I was really looking forward to seeing Parcels - kind of hoped they'd be on in the afternoon sunshine.

I've not seen any of them but think I'll go Future Islands as I've tried and failed twice to see them before. Might grab tickets for WA own gigs later in the year. Only recently listened to Parcels as part of 'finding new acts' from the lineup and really like them. I suspected the wolf Alice / Future Islands clash but Parcels now also clashing makes it worse as I was hoping to see 2 of the 3.

Patchwork v TV on the Radio is not ideal.

TV on the Radio were in my top five definitely wanna sees from the original poster. But feels like Patchwork will still win even though I'm probably seeing them at the 02 next weekend.

who are you assuming Patchwork are?

Going on the basis that I think Pulp will make an appearance and that slot seems most likely. I'm sure we'll know beforehand. Hope so, because TVotR followed by Father John Misty is a blinding early Saturday evening for me. But Pulp on the Pyramid is on the bucket list.

wouldn't get your hopes up re Pulp tbh- even if they did play they could be the friday one too

Kneecap v Weezer v Jade is so annoying personally. I think I'll go Weezer because I'm more likely to see Kneecap elsewhere, but that would also knock off seeing Bob Vylan.

Weezer are definitely the "novelty" sort of band this year, can see why they've moved

I was really set on catching one of the adult Basil Brush shows this time, only managed to catch the end of one once and swore I'd go for a whole set this year. Always seems to be at headliner time, and with Friday headliners being completely dead for me (and a lot of others by the looks of the polls on here), I'd had it locked in that Friday night would be my Basil Brush night.

The two Basil Brush Unleashed shows this year are on Saturday and Sunday night. I'm genuinely gutted about that. Would've been a perfect alternative to the Friday headliner options.
