What does your Wednesday look like?

Really not that much on the Wednesday to grab me so imagine it will mostly be spent exploring the site, maybe ducking into Pilton Palais for some of the afternoon if the heat's too much.

Made sure we saw the opening ceremony up at the stone circle last year as I've been a Thursday arrival for the previous few years. May do that again although it's a lot of waiting around for stuff to happen.

I’ll be spending all day at home wishing I was there already, work productivity at close to zero. Can’t complain too much as we are going, but grandparents babysitting only extends to 3 nights so it’s Fri to Mon for us 😢 We always make the most of it when we get there though

Same as always. Lazy start, wristband after lunch, then massive wander/pub crawl, grazing and sampling as much food as possible along the way. Maybe some shopping and hopefully grab a table outside the Ridge and Furrow for a couple of hours...

Last year my Wednesday looked like this...

Probably the same again this year...

The plan, explore the site in the A.M
Probably help friends pitch their tent in the afternoon
Then attend the meet and see where the night takes me.

Is that what your actually vision was like Mr Alvo!

I don't remember...

I had a message on a facebook a few weeks / months later from somebody in a small group we'd met and got talking to, saying they may come and visit our pub, and I had to admit I couldn't remember them. 😕  (Cara remembers them, said they were really nice people.)

Anyone know which pubs are open on site then?

Are some of them closed? Never come across a closed bar. We did a pub crawl Weds in 2022, and hit a few in 23 too. Seems like most are open. (although a hazy memory of the quickserve bars by both main stages being closed, or at least 'looking' closed.)

The ones are listed as open Wednesday on the line up page:

  • Bimble Inn
  • Deluxe Diner
  • The Rocket Lounge
  • West Holts Bar

I imagine there are many moor open than that though.
