Playing In Belfast on the 18th.

I think she'll headline. It's a dream marketing opportunity where youre as big as youre ever been.

O Rod as well and then Emily is one away of finally having her dream of having 3 female headliners

I don't think she will do the pyramid, HOWEVER, imagine the pyramid being lit up in Brat green. That would be iconic.

Why do we think Taylor is Unrealistic?

Tours over i get that but is the argument that she's too big now or money?

The reason you do Glastonbury is because you grew up on it and love the festival or because you know how good it is for your brand. (there others but those are two main reasons)

Tour ending she doesn't need the PR or the money. I suspect she doesn't have an affinity for the festival being a yank.

Also think she maybe too big. Her tour had such an incredible enthusiasm that very few artists could match.

Charli is one of my favourite artists, but I've seen her many times in concert, so selfishly I'd prefer another headliner who's more inaccessible than her.

Anyway, it seems clear that she’ll be at Glasto regardless of which slot she plays.

Who realistically do you put up against her if she headlined Other?

Muse, if we're taking serious chat about them being in the frame. Stevie Wonder, if we're talking the "legendary" headliner everybody wants. Sam Fender if we're actually being reasonable on who we've heard so far.

If we've heard about The 1975 potentially headlining from what appears to be multiple sources, I think we would have heard about Charli XCX conversations now too, I'd have guessed.

Green Day? Makes sense given how well Blink-182 went down, and then No Doubt.

Again, the California thing is something that isnt understood for some reason. And its always been a thing. Playing into the regionality  of the fesg has always been one of their strengths. There was a long run of so cal acts playing big slots for a while. Just depends on the year. You book a Blink, No Doubt or a Green Day you will get a considerable draw because these bands are so embedded into everyday life for people. No Doubt sold out all their merch this year and for good reason. And theres a well of talent to draw from so it shouldnt ever be seen as a weird move. A promoter that started out putting on punk shows should never be seen as being out of character when booking the above artists. And thats why theres always hardcore, ska etc sprinkled on the bill.

This logic doesn't work - shes dating one of them but they are different labels, managers everything that counts

The only way they would overlap info wise i reckon is someone they are actually very good friends with sharing info

Music quality > choreography.

I can see music quality of choreography because I mean if it wasn't better then there's real problems. Girls shake there arse in town on a Saturday night with more swag.

Just remove Travis Scott and it would be fine, no one needs that sh*t happening an event again. Mad that he's had to now settle for not headlining though to get on the bill.

To be honest in most cases I'd expect a huge band doing a spot in a smaller tent to get a great reaction. But there is a difference between getting a great reaction from that and headlining.

    • Really well done, Primavera. Maybe the biggest name on the lineup as a surprise. (Ecpecially if Robert joins this)
    • There's one way it can get bigger- if Robert Smith joins her on stage
    • I see what you’ve done there.  If they stick with an electronic opener I reckon it would be someone more “radio friendly”. Rudimental, FBS etc
