Vague enough that he could get away with it. Is Glastonbury 'his' show? that kind of obfuscation. Personally, I think the money's not there for him to do it, but who knows? Seems like the sort of person who could be convinced if Emily etc get to speak to him directly

The Piano Man star will take to the stage at Anfield on Saturday June 21, 2025, one of just two exclusive performances in Europe next year.

EDIT - I did not see the above Murrayfield info

"His only show in England in 2025"

Aside from which - if you look at his schedule and tour history, he very consistently leaves a 2 week gap or more between full shows. With basically no exceptions.

100% ruled out from my perspective.

Think we all knew this, but that's the Boss pretty safely ruled out by his tour dates 😞

And with 2026 being a fallow year, it makes me wonder whether that's him ruled out of ever returning. It was always a long shot, but will they punt on a 77-year-old Springsteen to come back and smash a set on the Farm? I know McCartney was older, but...

On the plus side, you'll get to experience Eminem rapping his thoughts on the seating arrangements at the 1999 MTV awards.

I’d take him over Brucie still hawking his last decent decades-old album to an audience of barely interested die hards.

    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
    • 6music just shared a video of all of Fontaines DC singing along to the Cure last night. It'll be them. Booooo    Olivia might get up for I Love You though...
    • Proper loser behaviour wearing a tee like that. Me and my mate play a game every year called ‘Boomer Tees’ and there’s some gems every time.
