How did they solve the resell option this year when e.g. the VIP tickets was sold out? Did they open for sale via TicketSwap or some other safe resale platform option? Just curious, as I want to get the discount if I go, but is not yet 100% committed.

tickets booked..tried an airbnb but they declined and said its too early. Flights look to be about x3 this year too.

Airlines generally don't put on sale tickets that far out.

I'd book only when the low cost carriers are all offering June dates and competing with each other.

Bought mine on Twickets this year. Since the seller can only send you the ticket on Dice app and it can't be fake, might be considered as a safe option

Last year (and same for 2022) there was the possibility to enter a queue on Dice to buy sold out tickets. Consequently I suppose it was possibile to return tickets directly via Dice.

The same (partially) applies to hotels. I asked the hotel we stayed last year to pre-book a room for 2024 and they told me to write back in september, as bookings for 2024 are still closed.

You are right to say "partially" cos several Poblenou (and elsewhere, I'm sure) hotels are taking bookings already. Not that there are any bargains to be had.

Just checked Ryanair is available for booking Edinburgh to Barcelona for next year, about 155 return

Fontaines seem to be taking a break but I'm thinking Grian Chatten will tour the new solo album.

Yeah I think you’re right but for me I’m not a big fan of the names being touted e.g. Lana or PJ which is why I’m hoping for Olivia Rodrigo but get that the other two are probably more likely.

Yeah I forgot about this, would be good to see a solo set although not heard any of his stuff yet. Is it similar to Fontaines?

Yeah it does look weaker but if you had The Cure, Pulp and Travis Scott and then added in Olivia Rodrigo and Arctic Monkeys then I think it stands up in a similar vein. And I think it’s possible AM and TS both do it as they’ve been playing the South American dates.
