Maybe could headline or co headline but they feel a little small for that? I wouldn't complain tbh. Subbing is around same size as Cave headliner but Trees has had big bands headline The Cave in the past i.e. While She Sleep in 2019.

I think they'll headline the axiom, in terms of size the axiom seems to have bigger headliners than the Cave did last year

Yeah Axiom is the 2nd stage now in terms of acts. Rival Schools are confirmed to be headlining it and I'm pretty sure The Wonder Years are too.

That was my first thinking. You won't a bigger than Academy band headlining trees.

Is anyone looking to buy a ticket for 2023 and or do you know someone who is? Long story short I bought an early bird ticket the day after the fest in 2019 and have been carrying it forward since. Unfortunately at this point I think the dream has died and I won’t be able to make it over from Canada. So if you or anyone you know is interested I’d be willing to offload it for cheaper than what the going rate is for a weekend ticket this year.

Eagles of Death Metal have just announced a Sheffield show for the 5th of July and are playing a festival in Belgium on the 8th. Wouldn't be surprised if they were playing Trees.

Twin Atlantic announced for a festival in Spain the weekend after Trees, could mean they're on the summer festival circuit, maybe a full band set at Trees this time?
