Twitter have disabled any interaction with that video tweet 'due to risk of violence'. Surely they must be at the stage where they are now at least complicit and need to remove his platform?

Nope. Trump and Pence leave on the 20th. If the count isn't complete by the 20th then the Speaker of the House (Nancy Pelosi) is made President. Biden will take office two weeks today but Trump is trying to bring down the whole system with him.

May delay the process to swear in Biden but Trump is out on the 20th regardless. Speaker of the house takes control until Biden is sworn in. It shouldn’t delay things that much though

Thanks I was 100% sure but very worrying how Trump can mobilise his core like that, he must be loving it but they really shouldn't let it get that far next time as if they were all black it would have been total different response

Yes. I doubt things will move fast enough for that to happen, but it's certainly warranted.

CNN getting this right. Is this the lancing of a boil which splinters the GOP and gives them the means to purge the Trump cult in the final throes of the presidency,  or is it , something far worse, a vision of the future.
