I thought liverpool v spurs was an entertaining game. It was a bit of a spursy bottle job, I still find kane too inconsistent in the big games.

Is that Newcastle, West Ham, Palace and Liverpool now they have conceded in the last minute?  7 points there. I still think Liverpool are the only team capable of putting a run together and even though the start of this season has been quite exciting the end will be pretty boring. Being one of only a handful of teams that are allowed fans in can't hurt either.

I agree. Liverpool look the only team who will win 4 or 5 in a row and build up the gap. I also see a fairly comfortable title win.

Yep. Such a great guy and a brilliant role model for all the young kids he's helped along the way.

He should be getting cheered at every away ground this season when the fans are there. Don't care if he plays for United, what a hero.

From that article just little things like looking after his mate stuck in a wheelchair for a couple of months, plus the fact he won't wear bright football boots as doesn't want to stand out.just seems a very humble guy.

Question for United fans. How do you view McTominay? I see him as someone like Butt.. good player but should be a solid backup rather than a starter. I guess that fact he's still quite young works in his favour too, though.

One thing you can guarantee about Big Sam is he will keep things tight!

To me this seems like a different type of job than big Sam has had before. He has generally taken on underachievers and improved them. To me WBA are where they are due to level of investment not issues with the previous management, I'm therefore not convinced there is the same scope for improvement.
