In 2004 his fans bought tickets and only came the day he played and left after,  things just got tougher  ;(

Nope ... 50th has always had massive hype around it ... don’t loose all hope .. ther e were always going to be some big ones announced it won’t suit everyone and peoples plans and circumstances change

Yeah, I reckon that if it happened, then no more so than most headliners, and probably less than some others (the only time I've really been aware of it was The Rolling Stones).

I had started looking into other festivals, etc. but now that it is all but confirmed that McCartney is doing it then there is only one option...resale!
