the hat is coming along nicley . i still think a couple of smart phones for the side screens ...

do i see a ribbon tower hat as well ????

id love to be able to do that ... its that power and weight issue ... and cost too ..... I wore the ribbon tower last year but after about an hour discovered it was susceptible to getting hit by high winds and made me quite unsteady on my feet :) ... so it wasn't worn again ...damn I did say I wasn't going to mention hats ... I lasted 2 hours :)

Killers playing Bristol next year , it would be rude to not get tickets, they were awesome at Glastonbury this year ?

I’d just mentioned this to my friend earlier cost will be an influencing factor ... he’d prefer to see the psbs in case we don’t get tickets for the big g ... big d

I think we paid about £70 / £80 for muse this year , same venue so could be a rule of thumb on cost , plus , we can almost walk to it ( about 5 stops on the bus ) , so a nice local one for us

apparently a 15 min walk form parson street for us ... thats very handy for you  Bristol seems to have a decent number of gigs ....unlike Taunton .... and limited / no late trains .... so it might need to be the mega bus home ... will see if I can talk anyone into it as I dont fancy the journey on my own

Killers were £60 a ticket in 2017 at Bolton Stadium (I've just checked) so 70/80 would be about right.

just seen this on my timeline .... 5 years ago I had the great pleasure of sitting with Michael for Dinner at a charity event at Maunsel house just outside Taunton .... the last tickets available and they put us on the top table with Michael because apparently I sounded so nice on the phone :) .... and what a pleasure it was ... and adds to the June determination

Saw Elvana in Bristol last weekend, which made up for the disappointment of arriving at the Truth stage half way through the final song of their encore on Sunday night this year.

They were a lot of fun.
