Wallace
That’s it really, I think I’ve walked at least 20KM each day so far, but yeh I’m back in my tent now dozing off. Sorry, it’s not a proper thread, more of a conversation starter, twisted fire starter.

amfy
Last Glastonbury my feet didn't stop hurting for over a week & I began to be worried I had caused myself permanent damage. if your feet don’t hurt you aren’t doing Glastonbury enough!! Larraht
Keep going! Its not proper sore feet until you endure Glastonbury toe for the next 5 months. Push on through for us at home watching on the TV. What I would give for sore feet from plodding around site right now!
hfuhruhurr
Feet happy in walking boots, couldn't cope in trainers. My liver has blisters though.

stuartbert two hats
I've had similar issues and making sure I take my footwear and socks off regularly seems to have helped.
chatty
My feet are blistered, been bleeding, hurt like hell, can barely stand but it's Glasto and it's time to mooch so I'll be all over again today. I'll cry about feet tomorrow when I'm home, still bands and madness to be had for one more day.

This. Used two pairs of socks everyday and rotated from boots to trainers regularly.
kalifire
From midnight Wednesday until midnight Monday (so just the five Glasto days), I walked 151,486 steps and 96.1km. And I bloody feel it. I’m broken.
admscott
I'm getting too old for this shit.
42hamlet
Had my highest ever steps day yesterday according to my pacer app - 46000! about 23000 of which was after midnight the night before before I’d gone to bed
sisco
From Thursday morning to last night I had done 166,064 steps!! Christ. Peaked at over 58,000 on the Saturday.
MetaKate
My app is saying I did about 136km over the weekend (so far) but that does include dancing. I'm now in the best shape of my life honestly but I need a solid 24hr nap. Attached record breaking photo.
Flysheet
Not quite as many miles as 2017 but 5 climbs to WV!
ICGenie
I thought to myself on Sunday, “If you were planning to walk on average 14 miles a day for four days what shoes would you wear?” The footwear I had chosen for the first three days was not the correct answer. Walking boots regardless of heat next time!
LynseyDiva
Three years ago the left side of my left heel went numb at Glastonbury. I’ve never got the feeling back in it. I plan to just keep numbing a bit more every year until I’m some bionic person who can walk forever and not hurt. No sore feet this year but I had a very lazy Saturday wandering from water point to water point so I think this is why!
zero000
My ankle is definitely sprained. Was in a significant amount of pain through Saturday evening / Sunday morning and it's still the same massive size as it was before. Coupled with my girlfriend getting heat stroke on the Saturday it was not a great festival health wise! Still fully loved it and will be back again next year (with better ankle support). Flysheet
In terms of footwear btw, I’ve got a pair of lightweight fell running shoes with loads of grip and orthotic insoles. They’ve been great for the conditions and for getting up that WV hill!
AiiShotTheDJ
Gel running shoes are the answer for me (as long as it isn’t raining). I walked around 40 miles and the feet were ok (my legs felt it though)!
pie_and_a_pint
159,739 steps. That'll explain why I can hardly walk.
MJP
Got a manky toe on day one from my walking boots. Luckily had a podiatrist look at it last night and it's not an ingrown nail, just split the skin from pressure!
