Stuff like Victorious, Boardmasters and APE are major festivals by definition so I wouldn’t say that but Glastonbury, TRNSMT and R+L, yes. That headline set in 2016 was fantastic, despite the tempest that was going on at Leeds throughout. It’d probably be in my top 5 headline performances I’ve seen in my decade of going to Leeds if I was to sit down and rank them*. *I’ve done exactly that. Crucially, this rules them out of Download 2021 and leaves R+L 2021 (27th-29th Aug) very much on. There's not any window for them to play any other UK and EU dates throughout the whole summer other than May. I reckon they'll be announced for 2021 with the 2020 R+L official cancellation, alongside the whole rescheduling of their 2020 European tour.
