  1. Thought I'd target Downloaders who go to gigs in Glasgow. I understand your point. Can you recommend where I should post this?
  2. Hi there, I am a fourth year BA (Hons) Criminology and Sociology undergraduate student at the University of Stirling. For my dissertation, I've decided to research 'The Causes and Prevalence of Sexual Violence at Live Music Events in Glasgow, Scotland'. The survey takes around 2 to 5 minutes to complete. You must be: - 18+ - Have attended at least one gig in Glasgow, Scotland. Any participation is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share! Hope this reaches some Scottish-based Downloaders, or anyone who has attended a gig in Glasgow. https://stirling.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/387hjdnt55-11
  3. All Them Witches- top top band.
  4. Agreed. Radio 1 Big Weekend says it all. Seen them at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow and it was dead.
  5. Judas Priest, Alice Cooper, Parkway Drive, Electric Callboy, Avantasia, Bruce Dickinson for Sweden Rock Festival.
  6. Greta Van Fleet a future headliner? - I know some people hate them due to their resemblance with Led Zeppelin. - How is the November UK arena tour selling ticket wise?
  7. QOTSA are worthy of a headline slot.
  8. Get Scorpions headlining 👌(thoughts!) Also, who are the feasible bands (to headline) in the mix? Someone more knowledgeable wanna make a list 😆
  9. Are Queens of the Stone headliner ready for DL or Second stage headliner/main stage sub? MY PREDICTION: Foo Fighters / MUSE / Avenged Sevenfold (MAINSTAGE) Judas Priest / Royal Blood / The Prodigy (SECOND)
  10. Greta Van Fleet should headline...
  11. I reckon the majority will be there
  12. Against the Current/Alter Bridge/The Amity Affliction/Amon Amarth/Arch Enemy/August Burns Red/Avatar/Bad Omens/Bad Wolves/Black Flag/Bob Vylan/Butcher Babies/Candlemass/Clutch/Coheed and Cambria/Crown the Empire/Deep Purple/The Devil Wears Prada/Electric Callboy/Employed to Serve/Five Finger Death Punch/Florence Black/Gojira/Halestorm/Hatebreed/Jinjer/Judas Priest*special guests/Kadavar/Katatonia/Lamb of God/Mammoth VH/Northlane//Nothing More/Orbit Culture/Pantera/Papa Roach/Pop Evil/Saxon/Skid Row/Sleep Token/Suicide Silence/Thundermother/Turnstile/Underoath/Vended/Wig Wam/Wolfmother
  13. I feel we need some more 'stoner rock' or 'dirty rock' sort of bands in the next lineup announcement (although I'm happy with absolutely anything and go to see new bands from all types of genres) Bands like: Dorothy, Rival Sons, Clutch, Kadavar, The Datsuns, Radio Moscow, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, All Them Witches, Dirty Honey (again!), Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown, Fu Manchu, Wolfmother, Thundermother, The Chats, Graveyard- there are lots of women orientated bands within this genre too (in regards to above comments) and also has a good balance with a metal lineup in general. Looking at European festivals like Graspop, these sort of bands play every year but don't touch UK soil.
  14. What are the chances for Greta Van Fleet?
  15. Could see Accept playing- do they play UK often?
  16. Would be nice to have some Rivals Sons/Clutch/Greta Van Fleet vibes mixed in with the heavy tuneage. They would be good support for Metallica. I would like to see a lineup like this?... (Just predicting for a bit of fun) Thursday: Bring Me The Horizon // Trivium // Gojira Friday: My Chemical Romance // Architects // Dropkick Murphy's Saturday: Metallica // Ghost // Rival Sons Sunday: Muse // Royal Blood // Maneskin or Greta Van Fleet
  17. I reckon Muse will headline, new album etc.
