Had an email from Festicket offering twenty per cent off Mad Cool tickets. Bit worrying!

Was there an offer code or anything like that with it?  May know someone who still needs a ticket

Hi Everyone!

Sorry if it's already been discussed, but does anyone know if any further announcements will be made?

Also trying to gauge the amount of money to bring - is it expensice in the arena for beer/food/merch/water etc etc

Really looking forward to the Festival!!!!

When the last announcements were made it seemed like yes there would be another act or two but with how long has passed without further word, I think many have given up hope theres more.

Anyway we are talking about having 20 bands less per day compared to the last yet.

Ok stages are 6 instead of 7, we still have to get the bands from the competitions.. but still a lot is missing

Not 20, now are 28/29 per day, last year 40. (8 bands less with 1 stage less) - 32.

In the competitions win 5 of Spain and 2 for UK.

Mad Cool posted the final lineup poster and I dont see any additions other than the talent contest winners

Yep, been pretty disappointing this. Bought tickets based on last years line up and the first names on the poster. Not had much to cheer about since then and absolutely zero communication on travel from the festival which seemed to be a big issue last year despite numerous requests for information.

    • There is possibly a weak link in the ticket buying system, no matter how clever the technical controls get. I just spent 20 minutes this morning hammering the ‘Buy Tickets’ button while the web page kept telling me there weren’t enough tickets remaining to meet my request. Eventually it changed its mind and let me buy two tickets. Most likely because of failed payments in the queue ahead of me. So - just like it did in the good old F5 days - pig-headed blind persistence can sometimes pay off.   BTW, the tickets were for the Whispering Bob Harris evening in the Albert Hall on 2nd December.
    • All I'm asking for is Rancid
    • MGK would probably end my interest in this festival completely.
    • The basement, deafheaven, Mannequin pussy clash is v annoying. Also not sure why pinkpantheress is in the tent, surely going to be ramos.
    • It's just this:   Search up which orgs are currently in Tufton St, funded by Koch Brothers, Robert Mercer, and Matthew Elliot.   It's moved on from "Vote Leave" and "Leave Means Leave" into the lobbyists against net zero. It's the same funding from the same people in the same place lobbying our media and politicians.
