Reckon you don't stand a chance unless you preorder the album. Those venues are absolutely tiny

I just did the no purchase necessary link.

I was fine getting them for his £5 tour and scraped in to his pub gig in Northampton last time but it was tough. Can't tell how much more popular he is nowadays but yeah it's going to be a scrap

To be fair depends what city you go to. Milton Keynes will be piss compared to that London show

Aye considering just going for the easy albeit more inconvenient option

Last time he did it there was the Liverpool - Barca game where he was finding out live on stage they'd done the comeback. Mad one

All these mid-tier U.K. festivals just seem to trade headliners and share more or less the exact same lineups year on year. Obviously there must be a market for it, but christ do they look drab to me (Sugababes aside, of course).

    • Sadly, the ticket map below screams rear 5 blocks not on sale or never have been on sale. Especially when you look at the blue blocks with rows of unsold tickets.   And I say all of this as a big fan of Muse.
    • Personally, I don't think there will be any changes to the queuing system in place for the 2025 sale.  GFL will be aware that true bots are a risk, but they may also see large collectives of organised folks running multiple devices, containers or profiles to get an advantage as bots themselves, and then struggle to know where to draw the line without penalising folks who are simply more on the ball than others.   They will also be acutely aware that engineering tech to close those gaps will cost, and therefore eat into the money they are able to pass to the Charities, without passing those costs on to punters in the ticket price, which they will be cautious of doing especially after a 2 year break and the inevitable media coverage that will get.   This may all be naive and overly trusting of me though.....
    • went to their album launch show last night at the george tavern. it was fantastic! absolutely roasting in there though
    • I got mine yesterday but they sent the wrong ticket link, so had to email Ticketmaster and get the right one.    As for predictions, hard to see who else could do the Pulp/Sting/Byrne slot other than the Cure, and since they did Isle of Wight they maybe have an FR deal (Sting did both). It’s also the Cure’s 50th next year so imagine they’ll be doing a bigger tour. Pet Shop Boys or Kylie maybe?   Wolf Alice would be a dream. It’ll probably all be men again though.
    • Probably a couple of months yet....last ticket sale announcement was 10th October 2024.
