It'll get the usual abuse on here but I'd happily watch about 20 of these...

That will have the highest concentration of people wearing a cagoule zipped right up to the top, in the entire universe, ever.

Been coming out with a load of anti-vax/mask/sensible precautions stuff on his twitter.

Hes a clueless cockwomble. Smoking all that weed has turned his brain to mush.

Pretty sure Howard Donald was saying the same the other day? Something in the Manchester water back in the day...

Never done me any harm 🤷‍♂️

I’ll be in for Metronomy too.

Is it a fiver per gig? Or is it that you pay a fiver and you can go for as many as you like?

Fiver per gig. You can donate more if you're feeling flush, but that's the minimum.

Just got an email for Dua Lipa at Liverpool Arena on 6th January....surely that is an accident? There's no way that's going ahead right?

Prob not.  Our London one has been moved to that slot in Jan but expecting it to be rearranged again.

    • Elastica posted last night teasing a return, wonder where they would play if they reformed?
    • I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining
    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
