Radiohead touring in 2016

That's true, it did crash for me when it first said on sale, and went back to "on sale 16th" and then back to on sale again.

That was where the race was lost I guess, and ruins any argument of a "fair" first come first serve system.

As I said earlier though, there isn't really a fair way to distribute 1000 tickets to 10000 people, but if the people who got through appreciate they were lucky and not talk about how fair it is I think us that didn't get any would appreciate it.

Not the case unfortunately. I refreshed using cmd+R at spot on 10am with the mouse already hovering over the date I wanted tickets for, site crashed for 10 seconds or so, clicked immediately when it came back, never got past the loading page.

I did about 45 mins of digging on the Roundhouse website and found the actual booking pages for the Radiohead gig (it involved trying loads of combinations of the last 5 digits of the URL til I found them). I'll post them on here a bit later on since I've got all the tickets I need. I assume they're the pages the queue tries to stop you from getting to. 

Haven't seen these posted on atease.

In my case it's my own fault. I made two rookie errors:

1) Didn't check the Amsterdam link. If I had I would have realised that my work filter wouldn't let me on that site.

2) Didn't try on my phone which I always do. If I had, I wouldn't have been at the back of the queue after realising my first error.

I'm still in queue despite the sold out message. Hoping they feel sorry for me and chuck me a bone.

think people are just guessing it was about 1000 per date that went on sale today. no way of knowing really!

Sorry, as FloorFiller said, I just guessed that amount as an example.

The Friday gig is my girlfriends birthday so I'm pretty desperate to get tickets. That said, the money I'll spend on 2 tickets was earmarked for my Glasto balance so I guess even if I don't get through on Friday I don't have to find another £160 from somewhere.

I can't quite remember, but I think its the tickets.roundhouse site that bungs you into the queue, and they have the proper numbered queue system where refreshing does nothing. It would still be useful to have the direct link though to avoid having to refresh the main page.

Got two tickets for London on saturday. Was sat by my computer from 8.30 though.

The queuing system only worked if your browser allowed pop ups and cookies apparently so maybe that's why some people who got on bang on ten where unlucky?

Hope everyone gets the tickets they want on Friday and hoping for a bigger tour next year too, ( or a secret appearance at blue dot :D)

These aren't linked to yet, haven't been found anywhere else online AFAIK, and if the system works the same as the waste queue, these are the pages they will try and hold you from getting to. Worth at least refreshing these rather than the holding page.

I was worried about that but having looked at the setlists for the intimate pre-In Rainbows shoes I'm pretty optimistic (har har).

The O2 gigs 4 years ago were £65 + fees so i doubt they will be any cheaper if they play there again.

I tried and failed this morning. On the plus side though I did manage to get Jean-Michel Jarre tickets on the O2 pre-sale, although I accidentally nearly only bought one and then had to abandon and start again so the tkts weren't as good as they could've been. SMH

Sorry to those who didn't get a ticket. I only saw the queueing page for a number of seconds, then I was in. I was properly adrenaline rushing this morning. We get to see fucking Radiohead in the fucking Roundhouse. Mad.

 

Don't lose faith, you'll pull through. I won't be around on Friday when the tickets go on sale either, so I won't be able to help anyone - sorry folks :-(
