I saw Radiohead at Manchester Cricket Ground that year instead of going to GF. Not a desicion I regret.

I still blame Radiohead for me not getting Glastonbury tickets for 2011. Tickets went on sale the morning after I saw them in Manchester and I was in no fit state to concentrate on my 'refresh page' technique

Yeah I went to that LCCC gig too. My favourite bit was when I said to my mate "I'd love it if they played something rare like Optimistic", and Thom then says "This next one's called Optimistic...". 

Still think the best show I saw them on was the most recent ones on the KoL tour. Don't care for the album that much but a lot of it really sounded immense live, and the light show was fantastic. Plus the second night I saw them in Sydney I saw Thom do a DJ set in a pretty tiny club afterwards

Don't know about LP9, but strongest hints are about gigs being announced tomorrow. Which would make sense, it would be very odd for them to play a festival like Primavera without doing warm-up dates. And given Primavera is 2 and a half months away, it's getting around the time they'd need to announce those dates...

Can't wait for the meltdown on here when they drop the album and announce Glastonbury and a string of club shows as festival warm ups.

Didn't that info about club shows say the announcement would be soon?

Yeah the info said Paris gigs on sale Friday. So announcement would need to be a few days before. It seemed a reasonably decent source, French twitter feed with rumours about lots of bands, plenty of followers. No specific reason for them to troll Radiohead fans. 

My wife to be's birthday is at the end of May and wants to go away. I've told her we'll wait and wherever Thom Yorke goes, she can go (she's not a Radiohead fan)

I can see these dates being very bad for me. The supposed Paris dates are the nights before my two final exams, and with Paris on 23/24 May and Primavera 2-4 June you'd probably expect them to do the UK before hitting the mainland, wouldn't you?

Alternatively I'll pray to god that the reason the Paris dates are the only leaked ones is because they're the first ones and they'll hit the UK straight after I finish my exams (even though there's no chance I'll get tickets).

The venue that they're playing is an arena though, not a club. A small one though, so presumably like when bigger bands announce dates at like Blackpool Empress Ballroom and Barrowlands and stuff.

True about the followers. But there's a bloke on atease forums who is a tour promoter in South America and who's been granted interviews with Ed and Colin before who says it seems about right. And there's another date before that...

Maybe. But on the other hand, I don't reckon something with tens of thousands of followers would be in the business of leaking tour dates.

I could see that one before being a London show and then multiple in all the other countries.

None specific. But one would think if they're doing warm up dates in Paris, they might do some in the UK. 

Either way unless they play the O2 or a few nights at Brixton most people who want tickets for these shows won't get them even if they're online at 9am. But hopefully they'll be back to do bigger shows later on.

If they they play the UK before these Paris shows I'm giving up on Radiohead for good.
