I listened to this on my way to work this morning and think it really captures the current mood – I picture everyone here packing up and setting off on their journeys to this song. Climbing into their cars, setting off for train stations, loading luggage underneath coaches…..

It's grown quite quiet here in Mission Control.

A few moments ago, Flight Director Gene Kranz requested that everyone sit down, get prepared for events that are coming.

And he closed with the remark, "Good luck to all of you.”

Twelve minutes now until ignition for Powered Descent.

Everything's still looking very good at this point.

Okay all flight controllers “GO” / “NO-GO” for Powered Descent:

RETRO? – “GO!”

FIDO? – “GO!”

GUIDANCE? – “GO!”

CONTROL? – “GO!”

Mind you if Leftfield announce a secret show at, say, Arcadia over the weekend or the Sonic tent is too rammed to be enjoyable then I'll be going to PSB on Saturday night

SO relieved their set is a late one. Will likely end up watching most of Kanye before legging it to the Glade to catch the last 45 mins or so of PSB. Seen them before already, but the Glade is great/is the perfect stage for them.

I'll be at The Mothership but planning on going to The Glade after they finish but no doubt a lot of other people will be doing the same and be too busy. They announced a November UK tour so will be going to that.

This thread makes me very sad. I think of all the clashes of the weekend, missing PSB for Kanye will be the most painful. I'd absolutely love to see them, and others he clashes with. But Kanye is the main event.
