Maybe that's why Neil keeps getting different info on Prince as he's so close to signing but hasn't completely yet and Glastonbury are hoping to sign him so are keepibg the offer open, that's why they're not revealing?

That's the only scenario I can think of for a headliner not being announced, what other reasons are there? I'm sure there's others but my minds gone blabk
