Been discussed by myself and others that Paul Hartnoll's 8:58 would go well in the Glade.

Did you buy the deluxe edition, III?

I did (same price as the standard one on iTunes) and it has instrumental versions of the vocal tracks...many of which sound mega. Cemetery is, to me, even better - classic, old school, euphoric Hartnoll!

So, either he uses sampled vocals, has singers with him, or we get the non-vocal versions! Have to say, I would wet myself if Robert Smith appeared to sing on Please!

According to the Eat Static website 'maybe even another Glastonbury might be on the cards...' Really hope so. System 7 v Eat Static in 2013 (at The not-in-the-glade Glade stage) was one my all-time Glasto highlights. Little mind truly blown. Fingers crossed for 2015.

It was too busy for sasha. I ended up going to the Stone Circle as you couldn't move.

It was too busy, had to leave and head to the park. They did seem to have a few more things on the Thursday last year but was still overly rammed in the Glade.

nope i got the standard cd. Was going to get the Vinyl but nobody would confirm if it came with a download card.

His videos on facebook suggest he was just triggering the vocal samples for his live shows.

Kiasmos would be awesome.

I'd also like Pretty Lights - had to miss it last year, vaguely hoping he'll do it again this year? I'd have to be bloody lucky.

Don't worry, he was shit (although some people on here said they loved it - horses for courses I spose).

I'll second the Nils Frahm suggestion above.

Barry from Dub Pistols has said 3pm Friday Glade

Oh nice! Will less likely clash with anything major....but it does seem a bit early for them!

(They ace doing an after headliners set at Bestival last year, on the hell stage around 2am would be ace!)

    • I'm surprised they risked it, especially after nearly missing their Glasto 22 slot under similar circumstances  I did see someome say Ellie didnt sound as strong as recently but I'm guessing playing 3 shows in 2 different continents doesnt help that    On the topic though I can definitely see them doing a Fontaines and having a break over winter before a few final Clearing shows next summer
    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
