2009, the origin of my “Prodigy” scars. Leaving Other after Prodigy, tripped over someone’s bag on to a load of smashed glass. Knee is in shreds, welly filling. Got driven up to the med tent and stitched up by a Falkands vet with a big ‘Tash. Being Sunday evening, they only had a pretty heavy gauge stitching left but very grateful. 2023, I spent all night in the queue in agony, doubled over. I was being stubborn as I had to get in first and I did. When I finally got my tent up I collapsed in pain and got dragged up to the med tent. Got promptly taken to RHU Bath, Turns out it was a kidney stone. Back in the party by 8pm, fed and morphined up. Thanks a million guys.

It has become easier with the Coop selling bags of ice. Last year my mate bought a big fancy coleman cooler with a load of ice pakcs, everything was put into the bx frozen and we were still drinking cold beers sunday night and th mildk was still good monday morning.

I've got naggins of cooking verity brandy, white rum & captain morgans to take. I have an unopened BIG bottle of of Mount Gay Black Barrel the 'rents brought me back from Barbados. I can’t, just bought a race bike got my first enduro in sept and my bike is significantly different to my old one so I NEED to get use to riding it. Plus if I don’t ride I get twitchy after 48hrs, Glasto or not. So I’m keeping both wheels on the ground as much as I can & there’s a bit more comfort breaking until after G.
