Agreed. Already 2 down and if Green Day are touring next year there's your 3rd I would imagine and that'll end up selling quite well with an average undercard.

If Blur do TITP next year that's probably one as well. Not sure Green Day will. Coldplay I'm sure will be asked as well.

Hopefully they will pull out all the stops and get a big replacement in,if nothing else it would be one in the eye to glastonbury who just moved bands around and prove rock werchter is better than glastonbury,would help to get festival of the year award and a big thumbs up to all us attending this year

Incubus seems like a nice option. But I still would like to see Peace in the line-up, so I'd like to see Elbow at the top and Peace at the Barn.

Yeah, it is. 20,000 or thereabouts I believe 

 

Which is huge, if you think about it. That's almost as many people as Courteeners had at Heaton Park.

I'd happily see Courteeners, Frank Turner, Blur or Libertines added to the bill, even James...  before i'd wanna see The Editors!  (saw them before not headline material for a UK music fan like myself).

I don't think people should expect much from a replacement with such a limited time to book someone, I think they'll go for the easy option but them taking time to announce makes me think they're going to be a bit more creative but it still doesn't necessarily mean it'll be anyone massive as they will need to contact the bands management to make sure they are okay with moving stages or places! Like they will need permission to put Elbow on main if they would like too, and if they'll be above Florence.

If they happen to announce a headliner sized band I would be amazed but I'd take The Strokes, Libs, Blur, Kanye or Editors. Still wouldn't be as good as Foos anyway.

Unless you bought a circular pop up, im travelling with my tent and camping gear / toiletries all in my rucksack, and clothes in my hand luggage.

 

£400 converting to euro, but have bought 40 food vouchers already.

I was planning on taking between 250-270 euros

I usually buy 60 drink/food-vouchers prior to the festival and maybe 20-40 more when i run out. Besides that i bring maybe 200 euro's and my visa-card. We also do an alcohol-run at the danish/german border so we are covered at the campsite. :-)

Regarding weather forecast, i use yr.no. This is a norwegian site and apparently one of the best. Yesterday it looked pretty crappy but today they say zero rain throughout all 4 days. I am travelling in car so i will bring wellies and a raincoat but i will keep it in the car.
