I think The Metro reporter dude got confused, I'm guessing he's not that 'into' current music and still assumes Blondie are one of the biggest bands on this planet. They have a following, for sure, in the sense that people love their singles but they're hardly a top tier act these days.

Blondie are okay, but if they were to headline, even just for the West Holts, going by past headliners on that stage I think it would be pretty lame - I don't think they or their songs have the energy to do it successfully.

Blondie provide my first bit of excitement amongst the current TBC acts. Very pleased. Are they they a West Holts band though? Saying that, I'm not sure where I see them playing. 5-6pm Pyramid slot maybe? They definitely have the hits to headline a stage though.
