I've actually got no idea how you'd arrange private transatlantic travel, even if money was no object, don't think there's a regular ferry service... Guess you'd have to charter something complete with crew. Would be a fair few £££... Probably a LOT more than private aircraft with medical staff on hand.

They were in Austin, TX. Sailing from the Gulf of Mexico is a fair bit longer than sailing from Manhattan.

I don't know why this is even being discussed to be honest. I'm fairly sure he didn't sail back home.

He won't of sailed... he would of flew in a normal plane like everyone else, just with a Dr or maybe even a specialist from the UK
