Line Up 14th April?

that's certainly the suggestion coming out of Glasto.

There are, however, some background reasons to suggest that that official word is perhaps not true. They've not made people aware in the past of an imminent announcement (at least, aside from a few hours before).

So I think there's still a possibility of this week.

Neil, once the line up is released, would you disclose what you had heard and at what point throughout all of this? It would be interesting to see who was on the right lines after all. Unless you already have said everything you know.

sorry, nope - I can't tell all without giving too much away about where I've heard various bits and pieces from.

if it is this week Neil is having a tough year for getting info. Seems festivals are having a good year keeping secrets.

Actually, i've not done too badly .... I've got over half of the headliners of the bigger fests this year.

(and there's also been an amount i've known that has been used on the website, for one reason or another).

Some years I get nothing of the headliners for (say) V Fest, but get all of the headliners for (say) Reading. This year what I've got has been more spread around, so it's a little less in the face of readers of any one fest, and gives the suggestion of having got much less.

Below the headliners I guess i've got a little less than the average over the years, but not hugely.

I'd get a ticket but love to know the line-up asap. Gives me a chance to research as many bands as possible. Without doing that I'm sure I'd have missed loads of good stuff I've seen at the festival.

Sure, I would have been watching something else on another stage at the time but I prefer to have a clue as to what I'm going to see.

Neil, just out of interest, what's your hit rate been in the past for Glastonbury? No criticism or anything, just wondering if you've been dead sure of any acts that have failed to materialise, or had no inkling of an act that has been a headliner?

    • Hi Everyone!   I need your help. I'm trying work out who was playing at The Wishing Well at 3am on the Monday morning at the 2025 festival - this was once the official setlist had ended. The music was down tempo, bass heavy, kept evolving, just mesmerising. Anyone have any ideas? and/or was there as well?
