I know there are a lot of haters but they were great headlining Soni in 2011. If their album is as big as their last (or bigger) then Reading could have nailed a good name for the festi. Does make me wonder if the 3rd headliner will be an "indie" headliner now.

Underwhelming to me personally but that's not to say that they're not deserved and it's good to see a band wh have worked their way up the line up get a shot rather than some flash in the pan act who've only got a couple of albums.

They may not be as big as some previous headliners but with indie/rock not selling as much as it did previously, its likely that bands who are not as comercially big as 10 years ago will end up headlining the festival. I think they are a very solid band who fir perfectly with the festival audience.

Very safe booking, i'm uninspired. I'm sure they will put on a hell of a show but Biffy/Eminem for me personally are not a very exciting couple of headliners. Starting to doubt getting a ticket unfortunately.

For me, Biffy moving to a TBC has made the Eminem booking look better. Now just for the last headliner to be found out and if its SOAD looks like its 6years in a row for me.

It seems that Enimem ate up a big chunk of the headliners money. Because I think biffy and soad combined will not cost as enimem.

Either that or they're taking the opporunity to get two cheaper but still popular headliners and spending more money on the bands lower down the bill.

The Vertigo Of Bliss and Infinity Land are absolutely incredible albums, constantly breaching the line of pure pop and weird as fuck. then came Puzzle, which at the time i loved, but looking back is a pretty average album of stadium rock, and then came Only Revolutions which was even worse. such a shame to see a band take such an un-subtle turn towards the mainstream

Anyway good to see them TBC SOAD on the other night and foals against Eminem and they have me considering a ticket!
