Non-Pyramid headlining acts I'd like to see:

Florence + The Machine

The XX

Pulp (probably unlikely)

Jack White

Frank Ocean

Bon Iver

Daft Punk

Pixies

Sigur Ros

Bloc Party

My Bloody Valentine

Portishead

Crystal Castles

Beach House

St. Vincent

Grimes

Laura Marling

Alabama Shakes

Sleigh Bells

Lana Del Rey

Jessie Ware

Yuck

Warpaint

Justice

Little Dragon

Friendly Fires

The Joy Formidable

Savages

Quite a lot there. I think I'd feel lucky to get about 10 of them.

as a Pilton resident I can tell you that the local paper has confirmed that there will be a pilton party this year on friday 7th Sept. with Vaccines and Professor green headlining. Just checked out the Proffs website and they have the gig on their tour list. Happy Days!

Suede are a band that has come to mind recently, any possibility of them doing Glastonbury next year? They're touring, new songs (implying new album), maybe headlining on the Other Stage? I have no idea how big they'd be classed as these days...

With the gap year does the whole 'try not to have same band two years in a row' play a part?

If so Mumford and Sons would have played 3 consecutive Glasto's...

Not that I mind because their set in the JPT in 2010 was amazing :D

Been listening to a band called Of Monsters and Men this morning; great debut album, sort of Mumford meets Florence meets AF.

Hopefully they'll be at glasto next year :)
