oneeye
The Klaxons? Think they've got a new album out later this year; thought their 09 'secret' Park set was good
Mardy
Django Django would be good. Probably in the JP
chriseede
While I'd object to the "this version" bit, I'd agree they're not big enough to headline Other. I can possibly/hopefully see them headlining JPT. New Order, Jesus And The Mary Chain and Justice would be great JPT headliners.
thetime
The john peel tent is it music he would listen to/ play on his show or is it just in his name?

chriseede
They played second fiddle on the Main Stage at T in the park and are headlining Bestival this year- their main stage is the size of the other stage. Plus they are headlining a load of european festivals to. They are plenty big enough for The Other Stage. PLUS their setlists are looking fantastic at the moment! BlackHole2006
New Order didn't play T's main stage; they headlined the King Tut's tent.

LondonTom
Ok fair. But they are headlining Bestival this year so to me they are big enough for the other stage Edited July 11, 2012 by LondonTom
BlackHole2006
Stevie Wonder is also headlining, are they as a big Stevie? I'd still say they are JPT headliners really. Edited July 11, 2012 by BlackHole2006
MEGABOWL
Meh, I'd be happy to see them whatever stage they are on! EDIT: Thinking about it, the atmosphere would be electric for them in John Peel

dingbat2
I do think they would be a truly immense headliner, pyramid obviously. I still watch the 101 videos and just wish I was there. Imagine that at Glasto. It would be brilliant

YeOldeBassClef
Have never seen them before so I can't really comment, but they've always been a band that I listen to before a night out to get myself up for it and I can imagine that live it would probably have the same effect on me as they do on record. Having said that, they do seem a little off when I've watched youtube clips of their performances. But who knows...
