I'm going to rule it out.

My reasons, he's playing mallorca rocks on august 23th, he'd have to fly back and play reading and leeds over Saturday and Sunday, which I think would mean with the 3 headers thought most possible now, i couldn't see any day but Eminem that would meaning he'd have to play Saturday and Sunday. I don't see Mumford or Sabbath going based on these, even Blur giving a fuck about him much.

Also think if he plays glastonbury it'll be Saturday or Sunday. Whereas V Festival is completely open. My guess and just a guess would be that going by his main stage slot this year he'll work upto 4Music stage header and then keep away for a while.

Skrillex would not sub main hahaha. Be a waste, because it will be light plus it just wouldn't be right. If he was going to play it would be joint headline NME like Justice/ 2manyDjs.

Would have been much better for him to play last year because Korn were in Europe in August, and them two have done songs together. Korn and Skrillex joint headliners for nme.

I dont think C&S are sub size either. When they were announced for Download, there was a shit storm haha. Plus i though i read somewhere The Prodigy requested them to sub :S.

    • well, we might know by the end of next month if they drop the lineup early again
    • I'm definitely not camping 🙂.  My 17 year old Daughter and her friends are there 3 days and commuting back to Sheffield each day as didn't want to camp .  I am taking and picking up the Saturday so thought I may as well get a ticket as love Fontaines DC - need to do a lot of research on the other acts though to fill my day.    I walked through the camp site other year the day Arctic Monkeys played and it was like a War Zone.  My Son has camped a couple of times but didn't fancy my Daughter staying over.
    • Not at all impressed with Polanski saying "noone should be barred from public life" wrt the Tory neo-nazi. I really don't think "no nazis in politics" should be an excessive standard.
    • Dug into Milkweed some more and this was a brilliant suggestion. Thank you 🙂   This will come as no surprise, but I have been told that there are some band substitutions to come.
    • Yeah, I think it's important to differentiate between a stage that's just a platform for the artist to walk on (which can be assembled fairly quickly and without too much difficulty), and the custom staging that you get in big productions where there's a whole world underneath.   Using the Eras tour as an example the stage extending out into the stadium field has all sorts - lifts that go up or down - down most importantly as this allows performers to enter or to leave the stage as needed. There's passageways to get from one part of the stage to another. There's what are effectively dressing rooms set aside for costume changes. There's spare instruments (and techs to look after them) so if something goes wrong above they can be swapped out in the space of seconds. There's even a track and dolly system running the full length of the stage so that Taylor can be moved from one end to the other faster than she'd be able to walk.   I don't know the specifics of the Madonna tour to the same degree but my understanding is that a lot of the same techniques are used.
