Mmmm could it also not be a case that back in the 60s, 70s and 80s the thought of a privately educated well to do individual going into, god forbid, a rock band would have had mummy and daddy cutting the money supply off and that they hadvto get themselves a proper job in finance, law, medicine etc? However over the last 20 years or so parents allow their children to grow and express themselves a lot more freely now hence a sudden influx of privately educated individuals entering the music industry? Not saying thats the case but more of a question

The thing that a lot of us on here really like, and even love about Glastonbury is that you can get lost on your way to somewhere, not care one bit, and then really enjoy yourself regardless......

However..... I was looking around the Glastonbury forum for the 'Headliners' thread to see what the latest speculation over who they could be is..... and I appear to have not found my intended destination and would like to find where such a thing has gone.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

How about in times of a depressed economy there is a risk averse mentality. It's a safer bet taking a chance on an educated bunch of people doing middle of the road stuff than the alternative.
