I don't think she will.

My belief is that Pulp were going to play before the Sunday headliner - but it was going to be a different headliner. It's possible that they've moved to the same slot on the Saturday cos that's where bouncy was originally set for.

Marquee signing from GF HQ Neil. Kinda agree with some of the naysayers on here in that Beyonce is far more of a celeb than an artist. Its a headline grabber from the fest.

Not that theres anything wrong with it but there is no real depth to her work.

She has two or three massive singles (Single Ladies and Crazy In Love are the two obv. ones, right?) but as regards the show I agree that she'll have to dig out Bootylicious etc which ive no doubt she will. Think JayZ "performed" for an hour and 20 or summat. Bouncy as you call her will be something similar. Pulp could easily do a longer show comparatively speaking and be on before her.

Certainly will grab headlines and increase the profile of the fest with young, female audience. There'll always be some crusty old bluesman for me to see on the JazzWorld stage!

Couldnt be happier of course with one of the other headliners. Not that theyre yer bag of course gaffer.

Im the same, not a libertines fan, so wont be at other, we'll see whos at jazz world this year, or venture up to Avalon or some such, nice change for me, but would go and see Beyonce, but will have to wiat and see how i feel the day

If its true, I'm definately looking forward to being away from the Pyramid on a Saturday and Sunday which I haven't really been for the last few years. I always enjoyed ending my festival with a smaller crowd

My guess is that we won't see Jay-Z on stage with her.

If he did that it would over-shadow her own big moment. If they weren't a couple then I'd be less of the opinion that he won't join her, but as it's his missus is he really going to blow her biggest moment by all the talk being about him and not her? I can't see it myself.

I don't think the headliners will announced for a while yet.

This info is quite old now for something that can change quickly - so don't hold it against me if it's wrong - but I believe that there's a bunch of Bouncy's own dates for June/July in the UK to be announced, and I'd expect those to be announced for around 2 weeks at a minimum before Glasto is confirmed.

wonga, probably. Someone somewhere is thinking that there's extra wonga for them by having the glasto announcement held back.

Or the Fest has plucked a date from the air and will announce on that date because that's the date they've decided.

All I care about is whether or not the strokes are playing because I know that they're basically confirmed for Reading/Leeds and that Melvin Benn the organiser has continued with the exclusive headliners thing that he's been going on about for last couple of years. Does this then rule them out of playing glasto, or has he been clever and included the word 'headliner' because then surely this wouldn't rule them out from an other stage slot. Neil what are the chances of them playing or have the libertines filled the gap in the lineup? If they have it'll be such a shame

I have to agree with what a lot of people have said though because although Beyonce has sold all those records, she should really be filling the Shakira slot or maybe even one before headliner on the pyramid. Maybe they should just put the strokes in her slot instead!

Weak, was hoping that the Sunday would provide something totally different, Pulp or someone else would've been fantastic, but this is just deflating. Of course, it's not all about the headliners and I'm sure they'll be quality acts elsewhere but other than U2, the other two frankly would bore the death out of me.
