Clear Head is lovely. Only ever had it in cans, draft would be amazing

Moretti isn't bad as mass market AF goes. A bit sweet but there are far worse offenders out there in that score.

Can confirm that draft Clear Head is excellent

I would like some discussion about non beer options - we have tried Sentia which was ok but not an everyday option. I would love some non alcoholic cocktails with some of these spirits. Especially frozen ones.

Problem with mock tails is they can be really expensive, mrs c doesn’t drink alcohol and has become a bit of an expert!

That reminds me of a trip to Berlin around 20 years ago. Went to this cool open air music place on the old Eastern side, and they were serving vodka cocktails from a Slushie machine... not AF, but absolutely bloody lovely!

What an excellent dispensing device. I'd want a G & T one. Can't deal with vodka, even though gin is vodka based.

Last year I went to Download and they actually had a Zero Bar.  Don't ask me what brands they had; it was lager and it was okay.  It was warm weather and the queues for tap water were so long that it was actually quicker to buy a zero beer. At Download that wasn't a popular option!

Last time I was at Bearded Theory Lucky Saint had their own bar, basically a small caravan. Don't know if it's still there, I've not been for a few years

I'm the opposite. I have about as much aversion to gin as I do to IPA, one of several reasons I'm often looking for Guinness 0.0 😂

Was in Broadstairs for the weekend after seeing Paul Weller in Margate and saw one pub had Heineken 0.0 on tap (mostly only see it in bottles round my way), so ordered a pint. Possibly not a popular opinion but I thought it was decent enough. As has been said before on this thread, served cold helps but it was a good sub when I wasn't drinking and I went back for a second!

Sounds like from most peoples reports on here it'd be disappointing if there's not a good offering at Glasto next year for the 0s.

Tap options at each bar + some standalone stands like Lucky Saint would be fantastic.

Needs an alcohol free late night venue

There are plenty of alcohol free late night venues in the Green Fields and places like the Crows Nest and Azaadi.

Thanks, never knew. I’m always in SE Corner

Although I presume that’s no alcohol served, not no alcohol allowed

Not sure that's needed, I can't speak for everyone but I imagine most non-drinkers like the vibe of a pub or a bar just don't like the hangover themselves or the after-effects.

I want a venue to be buzzing, just want an option to have 0% drink.

All the non-drinkers I have met hate the vibe of a pub or bar.

Plenty of buzzing people at Glastonbury not pissed up and it’s a far friendlier buzz/vibe

As a non drinker for about 15 years and now drink so little that statistically I think I'd still count as a non drinker I love a good pub or bar.

😮

how do manage with drunks telling you the same story several times per hour

I mean, I don't really drink and haven't in 2 years but I still enjoy myself when in pubs or bars. I can hit a limit where I get bored but I can get a good few hours in beforehand.

The people I'm friends with don't tend to get that kind of drunk anymore. No judgement like, I certainly did when I still drank.

I also work in a customer facing job so I'm very good at tuning out people I find boring while not looking like I'm finding them boring.

And then if/when they do tip me over the edge I go home.

Realistically I'm a grown up, I know when to move on strategically from someone who's been an annoying drunk.

You also can't beat the atmosphere created by people have had a decent drink and losing their inhibitions just a little.

I love enjoying all that side but waking up without anxiety/regret/sickness and fear.
