To be fair, her music isn’t my entire cup of tea (I do enjoy a good few tunes) but her charisma is very captivating and I am enjoying the set so far! Totally forgot Fat Dog were on in a few minutes though.

Love her stage presence and tunes, singing voice not so much

This current Inhaler track is very reminiscent of his old man, or more accurately, his old man's rhythm section.

When he sings certain notes he's got very much sound of his old man.

Can we have a drinks and snacks update people please:

Drinks: 0

Snacks: 0

After 5pm that all changes here.

Cup of tea done. Coffee made now. Managed to resist the cider and have realised I didn't buy enough.

Wishing I could pay someone to make me some scran right now.

Smokes: 3 or possibly 4.

Thoroughly enjoying Fat Dog, just what you need on a sunny Friday afternoon in the Woodsies tent with a few beers!

Tbf you probably wouldn't get in the queue and bar would be rammed, so little victories.

Just flicked over to Inhaler. I’m still not sure if I like them or not. They are a band I’ve always classed as ‘fine’, although I’m wondering if I should like them more?

Yeah I don't mean this to be negative - but they've always just been festival filler for me. Seem to be on the line up of every festival I've been to since about 2015 and I'll happily see them, but I couldn't tell you any of their songs really!

    • Audrey Hobert getting a lot of traction lately and new single on Friday. Wonder if she could be round next summer.
    • Think Pulp are optimistic, not in terms of size but just that they've been on the road (albeit not intensively) for 3 years in a row and it feels like EotR is the deliberate end of the cycle.   Would be fairly surprised if they're active next year.
    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
